It was a long interview process, with multiple stages that were all difficult. They wanted to know my strengths and weaknesses and how I responded to certain situations in real time.

The process went quite smoothly, and the questions were predictable and easy to understand, which helped me answer with confidence. The interview primarily centered on behavioral and situational topics, giving me the opportunity to reference my past experiences and explain how I handle various challenges.

HR was fantastic! I had a good interview - I would advise candidates to prepare by getting the basic interview questions down, then they should be all set. Nothing caught me off guard.
