There was a testing process first that included a personality portion that did not make sense and then a pretty long phone interview, then hired on spot. The phone interview seemed to drag on and was very, very basic.

Very Easy and Relaxed. Interview is held over the phone for work at home workers. Heavy use of computer. Interviewer goes through a mock call while using a technological app to be able to see your computer.

Asked standard interview question. Then you get to do a Mock Sales call with the interviewer. Once the mock call is concluded, you will either be asked to continue the application process or be told that they will contact you by email with further questions. If you are told the ladder, you did not get the job and you will receive an email stating that.
