I talked informally with a member of the Hub Financial Services team that I'd known for years, and was very excited when he asked if I'd be interested in joining the team. We set up time to meet with the hiring manager and had a joint Zoom call together, followed by another Zoom call between myself and the hiring manager. I shared my resume, and we made plans for an in-person meeting, and I flew to Dallas to see the operation and meet other team members, and I spent the day meeting people on the team, seeing how things work and getting to know the operation. It was a very positive and transparent experience.
