Thoughtful and thorough process. I was very pleased with the way HUB conducted the interview process. The people I interviewed with were all highly accomplished insurance professionals. It was a little intimidating at first. However, I feel that it was a highly positive, collaborative, and fruitful discussion.

The personality test was very different from other company personality test(s). HUB really takes a deep dive into your assessment. Be prepared, and be honest.
