First contact was with the recruiter for initial phone screen. I was a brief introduction of the company to you and you to the company. Second interview is with the manager of the position I was applying for. More of a personal interview to see if you are a fit to the team. Third interview is with the manager and a team member just to see if the fit is there with the team as well. Final interview is with the director just to see if you right for the role and the team.
