I sent my resume to HR and received a followup phone call. I was very pleased with the directed questions and ended up securing a position. The process was quite smooth and the interviewer articulated expectations.

I spoke with the recruiter a few times to get the initial interview set up, I had a quick overview call with the Commercial Lines manager. I then had a follow up interview with the CEO, and a 3rd interview with the president. I believe the last interview was with my manager who I'd report to, the commercial lines manager who I then accepted the offer with, and went over details of the role, benefits, etc.
