The interview itself was casual and was mostly discussing the processes and workflow within the company. It was a bit awkward as there weren’t as much direct questions about my skills and experience but it was still okay. However, a big minus was the complete ghosting from the team. I sent a thank you to the managers who interviewed me and sent 2 additional follow-ups to HR. HR said that they were still interviewing and would get back to me…I got no email. No rejections, no feedback, no invite to move forward. Just complete silence on their end, so I assumed they dis not want to move forward. There should still be some communication, especially when I asked for feedback from the team.
