Applied, got call from HR the same day. HR Screening 2 days later. First real interview was very strange- a long list of "gotcha" questions and detailed technical trivia. Questions included "where is Hub's HQ?" and "What is the different between a broker and provider, and which do you think Hub is?" Not a typical IT question. Interviewer refused to give an intro into the company or role until after the interview was over. Walked away thinking this is a very micro-managed, dysfunctional company. Happy to strike them off my list early.
