Friendly, very in-depth and creative. Not the typical questions were asked from me, which was challenging but fun to communicate! The interviewer was polite and very friendly; and I enjoyed the interview over all.

I had 2 interviews the first one was over the phone it lasted about an hour. It included questions about my experience dealing with a customer that was angry what I would do and how I would respond to situation's. My experience with customer service . Jobs I had held and what responsibility's I had. Second interview was on Zoom and she went over job responsibilities, benefits, what the hub was about and the team I would work with

I was interviewed by 2 people, in a smaller boardroom. They were very personable and made me feel calm and relaxed. One of the interviewers took notes on her laptop while the other, asked the interview questions. I found that this was helpful as the person asking questions could remain focused.
