The interview process was extremely smooth. There was always an expectation laid for the next steps and when and from whom to expect further communication. The internal communication also appeared to be strong between individuals involved in the process which was extremely helpful at receiving answers back quickly to questions that came up during the process from the initial contact to the final offer. This was especially impressive as the position is a subsidiary of the organization in charge of the logistical pieces of the hiring/onboarding process. A very streamlined experience!
