Very open and personal. It wasn't conducted in a stiff, interview fashion, rather it was much more a "get to know each other" type meeting where both sides received an insight as to how the other person was. There was a couple questions as to how a typical workday was at my old company and some explanation from the interviewer's side as to what a day at Hub looks like.

Arrived early, was greeted and told to wait till called on. Interview done by Manager Bonnie and Associate Coy. Interview lasted an hour with questions from both interviewers. Questions about work/life balance and whether location would be an issue. Explained what was expected for the role and position being filled as well as learning expectations for maintaining knowledge as years go on.
