Interviewed initially with HRIS Director. Very cordial conversation discussing my experience, the position and expectations of the position. This was followed up with three additional interviews with two members of the HRIS team, the Senior Manager of Comp and Benefits, and the VP of HRIS. All three interviews were positive experiences with discussion of my specific experience and how it would fit into the role.
