The interview process was refreshingly transparent and open. They had thoughtful and great, personalized questions where it was clear that they had taken the time to read through my resume and consider what they needed to know about me to check my cultural fit into the role. There were four phone calls during my interview process, with 6 different people joining in, including a recruiter in my particular interview process. There are no take-home assignments or trick questions, again refreshing. It was about whether they thought I was a fit and if I had the skill set they needed to have. I got to meet a variety of different leads on the various teams I would be working with and they valued my time and were happy to answer any of my questions. Everyone I met during my interviews was friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, and engaged. Now that I am on the team I love the startup feel within the resources and access of a larger organization. Answer honestly, explain how you get to answers not just the end results.
