My interview process consisted of an initial interview with a manager. She was thorough with her questions about insurance to ensure I did know the industry. I then had a second interview with a higher up manager that was also very thorough and friendly.

I originally applied for the Benefits Technology Specialist position and had a fantastic interview with that team. It felt conversational, and my anxieties melted away. Although they chose someone more experienced for that role, they enjoyed speaking with me and thought my experience aligned with the Services Department. Throughout the interview process (3 total, all on Microsoft Teams), I enjoyed speaking with everyone. They asked about my experience and explained what they were looking for in the role. Cheyne (Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner) was amazing as well! He helped set up the interviews, kept me updated, and offered me "good luck" and "congratulations" when I ultimately accepted the job at HUB.
