Drawn out and very bureaucratic- unnecessarily so. Qualified for the position, but kept getting the run around so finally pulled my candidacy on my own. Seemed like a decent organization and opportunity, but not sure I would pursue again.

This was not a cookie-cutter interview process, which I appreciated because every step of the way, I felt like the whole team (from HR to the hiring managers and above) were invested in making sure I was making the right move and communicated with, and I am so glad I made the change!
