The interview process was very professional and responsive. I had a fairly quick response right off the bat and was contacted by the recruiter, Erin, about another position that might fit what I was looking for. I really appreciated her diligence in making that opportunity known to me, which ultimately was the position I was offered. All throughout the interview process, instructions were presented very clearly and timeframes were communicated accurately and timely. The interview was conducted by my immediate supervisor and my supervisor's supervisor through Zoom--both of them were lovely and asked questions that were very detailed and intuitive. They made a great effort to find out my most effective work methods and my preferred work environment. They were also very clear in what the job would require of me, exactly what kind of tasks I would be handling, and what the work expectations were like. I felt that everyone in the interview process was very personable and keen to communicate well. I really appreciated that.
