I applied online, received an email a few days later to schedule a phone call with a recruiter. The call went well, the recruiter told me that the hiring manager is quite busy I should hear back for the next step in a week or two. After two weeks passed, I emailed the recruiter, called and left a message. (Crickets) I was ghosted, never even got a rejection email. Six months later the same recruiter reached out to me about another role. I declined.
