It had been quite a few years since I have had to go through a formal interview process so I was a little unsure of what to expect. The process was thorough, informative, efficient, respectful, comfortable & inviting yet challenging. My final interview with HUB International Florida's CEO, Mr. Chris Gardner and CMO, Mrs. Teresa Boyd believed in and cared deeply about inclusivity, their people, culture, company's values, their community, customers and work life balance. I was really impressed with the entire process and walked away feeling that HUB International was exactly where I wanted to be!
