The interview process was simple and included a phone interview and an in person interview. Everyone was nice and friendly, the questions were appropriate and nothing out of the ordinary.

Interviewing can obviously vary from region to region, but expect 2-3 total interviews with managers, analysts, and practice leaders. The entire process was timely and communication with the recruiter was consistent and respectful. Questions were aimed towards the role itself and expectations from both the company and the interviewer. Nothing too technical, however there were definitely some good questions involving previous work experience, process analysis, and problem solving issues specific to the industry. Overall, the interview process from start-to-hire felt respectable, efficient, and cordial.
