Comparing apples to apples because I only changed brokers, not industry. My interview experience at HUB was AMAZING! I had a screening call with the recruiter that reached out to me. He was very clear about the process and communicated efficiently and timely! I was set up with a video interview with my now manager. She is so very friendly and clearly explained the job description. After the video interview, I had an in-person interview. This is what sets HUB apart from other companies. My in -person interview was with the entire team I would be working with. I didn't realize how impactful this was until my first week. The rest of my team made me feel so welcome and WANTED! Having the rest of the team in the interview gave each of them an opportunity to ask me questions, not just about my knowledge and background, but about me personally. The TEAM choose me, not just some higher up that didn't really care if we would work together or not. This was really a great experience and very impressive.
