I was introduced to the position via an acquaintence. After showing interest in the position, the interview process began. I had multiple informal phone/video calls with leadership. I very much enjoyed the interview - it wasn't canned, irritating interview questions. It was very much conversations centered around getting to know each other to ensure this was a good fit coupled with an emphasis from leadership around the nature of the role. After multiple interviews, I was offered the position.

The interview process was extremely thorough and efficient. Leadership worked with me around my schedule to refrain from being too disruptive in my personal and work life and had a very timely process. I was connected with multiple future team members in an effort to better understand my role and the culture in place and felt confident in my decision to join the team.
