The process was relatively standard, starting with a phone screen and a coding challenge, using HackerRank itself of course, followed by interviews with other members of the EMEA team including an interview assessing the candidates fit in terms of company values, as well as with the Senior Director, the VP and even a presentation to the CEO himself. There was some flexibility as to how and when the interviews were conducted with some interviews happening in person and some remotely in the evenings as most of the management team and technical people are based in Palo Alto. It was slightly lengthy as this roles requires both good communication skills and technical fit but I learnt a lot about the company in the process. All in all a positive experience, especially with everyone being very pleasant throughout the process. Any background checks happened after the offer was made and were unintrusive.
