Applied via LinkedIn advert and was contacted a few days later for an informal chat. The call was really good, more exploratory to see if I could potentially be right for the role or if I say anything interesting I guess! I was invited to a formal interview over a week later. I was sent a task with multiple questions to consider and with a view of creating a presentation. I did the presentation plus went through some questions off the back of it as well as a few more "get to know you" type questions too. Final stage was a video call with the Managing Partner who ask more of your typical interview questions - a little more nerve-wracking but everyone was so lovely and encouraging, it only made me want the job more in the end.
