Colloquio
Initial Screening was rescheduled due to recruiter not showing up.
Poorly coordinated screening conducted by college intern with minimal to no sales experience or knowledge.
2nd zoom interview conducted by audio only, could not
see nor engage with Interviewer. Interviewer expressed little to no interest in my sales experience and was rushed and only concerned with discussing how great Hammer Corp was and moving to next interview. Organization should have Sales Managers with first hand knowledge of the position and environment to have real conversations with candidates. It felt like a speed date instead of an interview.

The interview process is very easy and short. You are a scheduled a call and they ask you ordinary questions you've been asked before but also questions that help figure out your personality to find out if you're a good fit.

I would love to describe the interview process, but I'm now on day two of trying to get in touch with a company that had reached out to me to schedule my interview. I scheduled the call for 1:00pm because I had to get back to a current job by 2:00pm and was told the interview would last 15 minutes. I didn't hear from them until 1:45pm. As a professional courtesy, I rescheduled the interview for the following Monday. Personally, I'd rather not rush an interview. Monday rolls around, I'm still waiting to hear back... for an interview that was scheduled 30 minutes ago. This seems like a huge red flag and has entirely turned me off to your company. If you can't make time for a potential employee, I doubt you'll respect my time if I work for your company.

"Hey, sorry man, can you wait a few more minutes?" You'll be asked this several times.
