The Experience was centered around my current role and whether there could be a fit with the profile the firm was looking to hire. The questions also revolved around my knowledge of issues relevant to the banking sector and knowledge of the institutional marketplace. There were two interviews, each lasting about an hour. There is a great degree of fluidity in the company which is also reflected in the interview process.
