interview process is easy, Lending club is mass hiring so once you get a email your good togo. Interview will be conducted by supervisors, ask very basic interview questions. May have you look at a ps and ask you basic question about it. google how a ADP paystub looks like and just give it a quick review. Over all you will be smarter then the person giving you the interview so don't worry
Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

The interview process was great. I applied online, got a email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview , I was invited for the 1:1 interview in Lehi, UT. All the process took about two week.

Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
