Interview Experience – Mixed The interview scheduling process was excellent. The HR (Tarana Bedi) was responsive and coordinated everything professionally before the interview. The interview itself also went well. The panel was positive during the discussion and informed me that HR would meet me shortly to discuss the next steps. Based on that, I waited in the office for around 30 minutes. When I followed up, I was told that HR was busy and would get back to me later, so I left. Unfortunately, despite following up the next day and twice again in a span of 10 days later, I never received any response. Even an acknowledgment, rejection, or update would have been appreciated. I understand that companies may reject candidates or put hiring on hold, and that's completely acceptable. However, completely ghosting a candidate after asking them to wait for the HR discussion is not a professional candidate experience. I hope the company improves its communication with candidates after interviews, regardless of the hiring outcome.
