Four (4) video conferencing progressive interviews between HR Manager, Global Risk Director from Australia, Managing Director and Business Unit Director both from Chile.
It took about 45 days before I was given an Employment Offer Letter, but it was worth it because aside from an excellent salary it came along with all ex-pat benefits, including relocation and moving-in expenses.

Not really a difficult one, it was expected. They asked me if a Spanish language could be a barrier in building a high level performance Risk Management Team in Santiago, 2nd largest hub of Hatch outside Canada.
