Hello, I had a interview with Connie, seemed to go well. I have 20 years plus of horse ownership and taking care of stables. Interview questions were as follows: How much experience do you have with horses ? Can you load horses in a trailer if need be ? Are you able to do turn out and bring horse in? Are you comfortable with picking hoofs ? Are you willing to learn and help with feeding a strict regiment for each horses individual needs ? Àre you able to operate a tractor to drag the inside arena,and or operate a manure spreader ? And of course are you capable of cleaning stalls in a efficient manner? A chart is posted for things to do during your downtime.Excellent feed charts for each horse in feed room,along with coordinating charts for turn out for paddocks.. I thought the interview went well. And we had a good report,And would of worked well together for the care of the horses and the facility. The conclusion of the interview was I will call you tomorrow ? At this time I haven't heard back from anyone.
