Yes, if you have. If you don't know it, it's easy to learn (check out online guides). At interview stage, I was told they wanted prior experience in it, and they would not give me time to learn it. This is despite me actually knowing how AWS works under the bonnet! I personally don't like Amazon's workplace ethics either, but that's another story.
