The owners were very thorough in my interview process. Due to one of the owners being out of town the day my interview was scheduled, he called me the night before and spent almost an hour on the phone with me getting my background information. The next day I went into the office and met with the other owner as well as one of the project managers and the business manager. We discussed the types of healthcare projects they're involved in. Unlike some firms, I received a tour of the entire office, meeting almost all the employees before we ever discussed an offer. They were meticulous about checking every one of my references and we interviewed three times before we came to an offer and acceptance. My background was not in healthcare and they were genuinely interested in me and my goals in life / career and whether I'd fit into their culture. It definitely felt like a mutual interview and not just them interviewing me. Both owners were very easy to talk to and accessible. The process was a very positive experience.
