I arrived to the office and was instructed to fill out a paper that consisted of 10 behavioral type questions: explain a time you and a coworker disagreed, explain a time you stood up for your opinion, what are you doing to develop yourself, etc..... Afterwards there was an interview with the manager, there were a lot of anatomy questions about specific muscles and injuries.
