The recruiter and hiring team were some of the most personable people i've had the pleasure of interviewing with. The process moved swiftly and communication was clear throughout. I completed 3 interviews (not including the screening) over the course of a couple weeks, as well as a writing test. I ended up moving forward on another offer before I was complete with my Hearst interview process, but the overall experience was very positive.
