I was working with a recruiter who at first was very responsive and helpful. He set up a virtual interview for me with 3 individuals and I felt I had been doing a decent job. He followed up with me once after the interview but then proceeded to ghost me. I am not so naive to know I could’ve easily not been the right fit for the position but to ghost a candidate who you’ve been working with nonstop because you don’t have the guts to tell them they didn’t get the job is pathetic and sad. I ended up accepting another job offer with a company who pays a lot more, has better reviews, and whose recruiters know how to do their job. I’m very happy to know I do not have to work for such a pathetic agency. If you’ve received an email about a position at Hearts&Science or Omnicom, please look out for yourself!

Initially spoke with the HR Team over the phone. Was asked to come and meet the team. interviewed with two people including the Manager. Standard questions asked including experience and situational questions. Interview was around 30 minutes.
