I applied for a different role - Senior Product Manager, Data Platform, but HelloFresh suggested to switched application to another, more relevant role. As for me, It is a sign of conscious and attentive work with both candidate and open positions, and a sign of good internal communication. Switching was quick and comfortable, the feedback from previous interviews was took into account. The break between next stages was maximum 2 days long, the feedback was always clear, detailed and motivating. Finally, It seems like good organized, team play, with open and empathic attitude to a candidate.
