Helsing runs a thorough and multi-stage interview process, more rounds than I've experienced. The conversations gave genuine and deep insight into the company's mission, products, and culture. The team was consistently friendly and engaging throughout. The scheduling flexibility was excellent and made it easy to participate. However, towards the end of the process, interviews were cancelled and reinstated at short notice, which was challenging to manage. The interviews focused heavily on stakeholder alignment and strategic fit rather than testing specific technical competencies relevant to the role. This created a gap between what the job description suggested and what was actually explored in the process. Overall a positive experience with room to improve consistency in the final stages.
