Interesting and engaging recruiters who were warm made it a lot easier to answer question comfortably. Also, this helped me adequately showcase my personality and my background throughout the interview process

This interview process was very unorganized- I would have an interview and then never hear anything back, follow up with the HR lady and she would reply and apologize for the delay and then schedule my next round of interviews. I would go almost a month in between each interview, one time they forgot to even send a zoom link to the interview and seemed surprised every time I would reach back out. They ultimately did not offer me the position- when I reached out and very politely asked for feedback as to why, I never heard back.
