It was one of the smoothest recruitment processes I experienced. I applied online and after one day, I received an email from an HR partner about the initial interview. After passing the initial interview, I immediately received an invitation for the final interview (panel). They told me that I would receive the result within the week (I interviewed on a Monday and I received the result on a Friday). The overall process took 2 weeks. The initial interview consisted of questions regarding my background and experiences. The interviewer was so nice. No need to prepare, just be yourself. For the final interview, make sure you know the company and you know yourself. There were technical questions and behavioral. The managers and team leaders showed their interest in what I was saying, they really listened, and they were nice and accommodating. My advice: research about the company and the values it upholds and choose to share experiences that are related to these values.
