I literally got ghosted. They even sent me a reminder of the interview date, but the interviewer didn't show up for the video call. I wasted 30 minutes. More accurately, I cancelled my on-call work for this interview, so they took my time and the opportunity for on-call work. I emailed her twice, but she never answered. After 2 weeks, the interviewer sent me an automated rejection email.
