Not the best interview experience if I’m honest - the hiring manager was late and made it apparent that he was not interested in me in the slightest, which only made me nervous. I was asked maybe 2 solid questions relating to my previous managerial role while the rest was just going over my CV going back to 2008, why, I do not know. Towards the end both the TA and hiring managers seemed liked they couldn’t wait to go about their day. I understand that the hiring process can be a really long winded one however I believe that it should be a common courtesy to make all applicants feel welcome even if you don’t believe they are the right fit for the role.
