They typically ask you to do a phone interview first that will last about 20 minutes, they’ll ask you general questions about why you think you’re a good fit for the position, salary expectations, desired shift, etc. After the phone interview they will ask you to come do an in person interview, it’s a bit more in depth but it’s essentially the same thing and lasts about 30 minutes or so
