Short, brief question based interview designed to determine friendliness and eagerness. Easily passable. The process works towards identifying people who "fit-in" and feels more like a popularity contest than a process designed to strike at the heart of your expertise. Highrank doesn't have a flood of highly qualified candidates and prefers to bring in "Interns." The pay is low and the candidate is usually offered to work half time, but can work as much as they like and usually go full time. This is the norm as Interns are promised a full time position and want to impress, plus need the money. In my time, I met 5 such interns including myself; only one was actually offered a position while the rest were worked well beyond the 3 month trial until they were fired or quit. The candidate who received a full time position had helped High Rank get a new client through family connections. None of that group still work at High Rank.
