Recruiter emails for an initial screening. I received the next day after applying. It was a casual conversation about my current/previous roles. Just a normal screening, but no situational/behavioural questions.

Just normal but with no senior technical person.
They just ask very normal about the experience without any technical question. overall the interview is easy and normal. the 1st round took 45 mins.
