Initial 30-minute call with HR. Talked about the role, the company, location, salary.
She told the next step would be a take-home assignment, to be completed within 2 days.
I did the assignment and sent it to their team. It was a bunch of API endpoints for a set of scenarios. I built a working solution for it.
*Dead Silence*
Nobody from the tech team reached out to me to discuss my assignment. No further interviews were scheduled. No word from HR either. Sent about 3 follow-up emails over the next two weeks, asking for updates, but the HR didn't bother replying at all. Not even a "no"! Absolutely disgusting behaviour to get some free work done.

Questions about expected salary and willingness to relocate were the top questions.
Starts off with a phone screen with the recruiter, then you're sent a take-home project to do. There's an option of frontend or backend project. Didn't make it past this stage, but there's still a hiring manager chat before making it to the onsite.
They gave no feedback on the take-home which is unfortunate given the time commitment candidates are putting into it.
