Started off with phone interview with recruiter then with owner of company. After an hour long conversation, we setup a time to meet in person the very next day. I arrived on time and she was ready to discuss the position but I could tell she was preoccupied with business issues. We only talked for about 20 mins and I was thanked for my time and interview was over. Did not get the job even though I was highly qualified. I believe that the timing was wrong.
