Was contacted by an internal recruiter who called and did a brief phone screen. From there she set up a phone interview with another internal recruiter who did a full phone interview. Then they sent me to an in person interview with the Manager of the location that they contacted me about. I did a brief interview at the location and then they asks me to come in and job shadow for one morning. I did the job shadow and they said they would contact me in two days with next steps. I never heard back from them. I was going to decline the offer anyway so it's no skin off my nose, but that is incredibly unprofessional from an HR company. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen as they are actively discriminating based on gender for various positions and are open enough about it that I saw it in a 4 hour job shadow. The interview process was not difficult, just overly long.
