By phone and in-person follow-up interview. Spoke with the staff at Hired by Matrix and they were very personable and helpful. They arranged an interview with the company and I was given a quick, short and to-the-point interview. Many questions were asked on both sides, more feeling out the current situation of the company, where it's at and where it wanted to go than anything.
