very efficient; you get a wo week calendar. its basically prientation followed by training and actually doing some hands on. i like the whole structure of the company. ive never seen or heard ofsuch thing. very flexible as well.

Fair but didn't like the pay they offered no legal benefits seemed like a good idea at first I might consider taking it next time seems like they had a good flexibility though but just not what I'm looking for right now
