Get everything in writing. My initial interview with an engineer who actually has technical skill went great. Things went downhill when the next interview was with a weak middle manager type, who thinks he understands software because he watched a couple of YouTube videos. Both interviewers admitted that candidates are openly lying in their interviews, so apparently Hitachi shrugs off lying right back at you when it comes to extending a contract.
It was medium level with one DS round medium leetcode, one LLD HLD round: design e commerce platform that also handles inventory and user behavior and one culture fit round. overall it was a decent experience

The interview process was smooth and very friendly. First, I had a screening call that lasted around 20 minutes, where I was asked some basic questions. Then I had a technical interview, which continued for about 30 minutes.
Very hard its an MNC actually it has 1 of interview they asked very easily and I have answered all those with confidence and I have been selected for that company
