Applied for a training lead role out of Alamo, Tennessee. Received an email / text from an AI based recruiting system requesting availability for an initial interview with recruiter. I shared availability. Phone interview was scheduled a few days out. Was prepared to chat with recruiter on scheduled date. However, no one called. No email. No text. Completely ghosted. Recruiter was based out of North Carolina. Not sure what the issue was. But completely unprofessional. Noticed on linkedin today that the role was reposted.
